1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the viptaya Platform, including registered members and visitors. Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1.2 viptaya reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with viptaya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the viptaya Platform. This age restriction is in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming. viptaya strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the viptaya Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. viptaya makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

2.3 Excluded Persons: The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a viptaya account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from viptaya;

3. Account Registration

3.2 One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) viptaya account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. viptaya reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits: All deposits to your viptaya account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. viptaya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. viptaya reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.

4.3 Processing Times: viptaya aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Currency: All transactions on the viptaya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). viptaya is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.5 viptaya reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 viptaya may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 viptaya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

5.4 Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games available on the viptaya Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6.2 Random Number Generators: All viptaya casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or any other external factors.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, viptaya reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. viptaya will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 viptaya's decision on all gaming disputes shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the viptaya Platform:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;

7.2 viptaya reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit all balances held in such accounts.

8.1 All content on the viptaya Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, and audio-visual elements, is the property of viptaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of viptaya.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, viptaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9.2 viptaya's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.3 viptaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 viptaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and viptaya, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

14.3 viptaya's decisions on all matters relating to gameplay, account management, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to applicable Philippine law and any applicable regulatory framework.
